ISLAMABAD – The price of petrol has increased by Rs1.82 per litre, while diesel has become 91 paisas cheaper, as the government announced the latest fuel prices for October 8.
Petrol now costs Rs396.65 per litre, while the price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has been reduced to Rs394.94 per litre.
The latest increase has pushed petrol closer to Rs400-per-litre mark, raising concerns for motorists already facing higher transport and household expenses.
