KARACHI – Gold and silver prices surged again in global and local markets after witnessing a major decline a day earlier.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Association, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by Rs5,000 to reach Rs475,362, while the price of 10 grams of gold rose by Rs4,287 to Rs407,546.
The price of silver per tola also went up by Rs60, reaching Rs8,034.
Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices increased by $50 per ounce, climbing to $4,530 per ounce.
