Secretary of State Antony Blinken will meet with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday in Jerusalem as the United States presses Israel to speed aid distribution for Gaza. The meeting comes on the heels of Netanyahu’s statement that Israel will invade Rafah regardless of any a cease-fire deal with Hamas: “We will enter Rafah, and we will eliminate the Hamas battalions there — with or without a deal,” Netanyahu said Tuesday.
