Middle East conflict live updates: Blinken to warn Israel on Rafah plan; U.S. presents cease-fire resolution


Secretary of State Antony Blinken is expected to tell Israeli officials that a military incursion into Rafah would be a “mistake” when he visits Israel on Friday. Meanwhile, a U.S.-sponsored resolution supporting an immediate cease-fire and hostage release will be up for a vote at the U.N. Security Council in New York.
