Lawmakers are back in Capitol Hill and they have three weeks to work on some pending issues before the year ends. CBS News congressional correspondent Scott MacFarlane is following the resolution to expel New York Rep. George Santos, the talks on foreign aid for Israel and Ukraine and who will be leaving the body after the next election.
