Lady Gaga abruptly stopped her concert in Sydney after one of her dancers fell off the stage during a rain-soaked performance.
The 39-year-old singer was performing Garden of Eden on Saturday as part of her Mayhem Ball Tour when a dancer slipped on the wet stage and fell out of view.
Fan videos shared on X and TikTok show Gaga immediately running toward the edge of the stage and signaling for the music to stop as the lights cut out.
“Just one second,” she told the crowd, before repeatedly checking on the dancer, asking, “Are you okay?” She reassured fans moments later, saying, “We just had an accident on stage. Everything’s okay… just everyone wait a second, please.”
Gaga then bent down to speak with the dancer directly and was later seen hugging him before returning to perform. The crowd cheered as the situation was brought under control.
The dancer, later identified as Michael Dameski, confirmed on Instagram Stories that he was unharmed.
Posting a short video of himself dancing in a bathroom, he wrote, “Hey everyone, I’m ok. Thank you for checking. Happy I was able to finish the last show of the year!”
He later shared footage of himself returning to the stage, adding, “The show must go on.”
The Mayhem Ball Tour launched earlier this year and has already traveled across North America, Europe, and Australia.
Gaga announced in September that the tour, which she co-produces with fiancé Michael Polansky, will expand in 2026 with more dates and cities.
The tour resumes in February in Glendale, Arizona, with stops planned in Boston, Washington, D.C., Montreal, New York City, and Los Angeles.
