CHILAS, GILGIT:
Federal Minister for States and Frontier Regions, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir Affairs Engr Amir Muqam visited Chilas in Gilgit Baltistan, saying problems of affectees of Dasu Kohistan and Diamer-Bhasha dams would be addressed.
He said the Prime Minister’s Special Committee was analysing problems of the affected people, reiterating that development of G-B was the top priority of the government. He said 30 per cent increase in its development budget was made.
Muqam said inauguration of Danish Schools would take place after Eid and proposed the affectees to constitute their committee for negotiations.
