LAHORE – The Punjab government has announced that all educational institutions in the province will remain closed tomorrow (Friday).
According to the notification, all public and private institutions will be closed on Friday. The holiday will apply to all government and private schools and colleges, and universities across the province.

The Punjab Home Department issued a notification for the enforcement of Section 144 throughout the province.
According to the notification, Section 144 will be in effect from Friday, October 18, to Saturday, October 19. During this period, all forms of protests, rallies, and related activities will be banned across Punjab.
