The holidays will apply to government offices that operate on both five- and six-day workweeks. As a result, government employees will get four days off for Eid celebrations.
Additionally, 22nd March will be a regular Sunday holiday, followed by 23rd March, which is Pakistan Day, also being a public holiday. The move ensures that federal employees can observe the religious and national occasions without work obligations.
This announcement comes ahead of the Eid festivities, allowing families to plan celebrations and gatherings accordingly.
