The Pakistan Foreign Office Women’s Association (PFOWA) hosted a Multinational Meena Bazaar at its Islamabad premises on Sunday, celebrating diverse cultures and promoting women’s empowerment.
Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar inaugurated the event, touring the various stalls and appreciating the vibrant display of international cultures.
Praising the initiative, Dar said the bazaar offered a platform to bring different cultures together and foster stronger social connections.
He further noted that the stalls representing friendly nations underscored Pakistan’s close ties with the international community.
The Deputy Prime Minister also emphasised that the government was actively working toward the empowerment of women.
He further appreciated the Pakistan Foreign Women’s Association (PFWA) for its significant contributions to social welfare initiatives.
